Dairy Delin’s cheeses manufacturing in Gilly-lès-Cîteaux

The commitment of the Dairy DELIN is to work directly with the maximum regional milk producers in Burgundy and Franche-Comté.

Milk collecting is done every day by Delin’s truck.

All products are produced from milk and cream 100% French and manufacture of all products is made in BURGUNDY.

Since 2014, the Dairy Delin, located Gilly Les Citeaux near Dijon (21 Côte d'Or), opts for mechanized production using an automatic molding machine.

The refining techniques remain the same since 1969, the cheeses are dried and ripened cheese cellar with care and reversals of products every day to promote a consistent and regular refining over time.
