Our four departmental milks and our Burgundy-Franche-Comté milk are collected directly from our producers and brought to our site in Gilly-lès-Cîteaux where they are packaged in cartons.
Our aim is to promote producers and support them in the long-term development of their farms.

“Milk is our raw material, without it there would be no cheese. Without it, we’re nothing (…) It’s important to value these producers and pay them a fair price for their work” Philippe Delin. This is reflected in a partnership contract signed with each producer, guaranteeing them a minimum price.
Being as close as possible to consumers and promoting our producers has been our approach for many years. That’s why, in 2019, we’re launching our first 100% Burgundy-Franche-Comté milk. Following its success with consumers, milk from the Côte-d’Or and Haute-Marne will follow in 2022.
In 2023, our UHT milk packaging line was built at the Gilly-lès-Cîteaux site, and milk from Saône-et-Loire, Jura and Doubs was launched.
In line with our CSR approach, our cartons and cardboard outer packaging are recyclable. The launch of these local milks has created five jobs.
