EXPORT

Since the 2000s, the Delin company has significantly expanded its export business. Research and innovation (supported by the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region) has been carried out on the packaging of Brillat-Savarin and other cheeses. A specific packaging solution, a cheese dome, has been created, which allows the cheese to breathe and mature during the 25-day maritime transport to Canada, for example.

Furthermore, the company’s various departments have developed their skills to master the export certification process to the USA (IFS), which allows for refrigerated air shipments.

Today, exports represent almost 40% of Fromagerie DELIN’s turnover. Our cheeses travel to the ends of the earth: Canada, the USA, Mexico, England, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Dubai, Australia, Japan, China, and more.
