Our two rooms are fully modular to suit your specific needs.
Thanks to a system of movable partitions, you can separate the spaces or open them up into one large room, depending on the size of your group and the type of meeting you’re planning.
You can also choose to mix and match the layouts: opt for a theater-style room (up to 40 people) for conferences and another with U-shaped tables for work meetings.

A CUSTOMIZED GASTRONOMIC ACCOMPANIMENT

To enhance your event, we offer the option of combining room rental with tasting services.
Enjoy our guided wine and cheese tastings in the adjacent “Les Voûtes” cellar, or use our catering services for tailor-made meals.
Whether you’re organizing a luncheon, cocktail reception, or dinner, we’ll create a culinary experience that will perfectly complement your seminar.

Two interactive touchscreens, each 1.90 m wide (2.15 m diagonal)
A sound system with wireless microphone
A conference area: stage, lectern, video, video conferencing, fixed recording camera, etc.
A tasting area (sink, refrigerator, mobile tasting table(s), etc.)
Total available space: 50 m² per room, or 50 m² x 2 rooms, if needed.

For an extended stay or additional catering services, we recommend exploring the “L’Orée des Vignes” hotel and restaurant, located in Gilly-lès-Cîteaux (5 minutes from Les Voûtes by Delin).
