Delin’s supply and production area spans several departments: Côte d’Or, Doubs, Jura, Saône-et-Loire, and Haute-Marne.

To ensure optimal freshness and quality, our dairy drivers collect milk from our partner producers’ farms every morning and bring it back to one of our production sites.

The specialist in Brillat-Savarin PGI is produced at the Gilly-lès-Cîteaux site. All the flavoring (Régals de Bourgogne, aperitif balls, etc.) is carried out at the Nuits-Saint-Georges site, as well as the production of “Côte-d’Or le fromage”, Nuitons and, more generally, mixed soft cheeses.

Today, Fromagerie Chevillon markets several brands for export, including Le domaine du Vallage and Chevillon.

Production of Morbier AOP, tomes, raclettes as well as soft cheese specialties.
