These two spaces, located just a few meters from the Cheese Dairy, are designed to introduce you to the fascinating world of cheesemaking in a fun and sensory way.

EXPLORE THE AROMAS OF BRILLAT-SAVARIN

Brillat-Savarin PGI is a multifaceted cheese. To better understand its subtleties, we’ve created an olfactory journey featuring six interactive stations. At each station, press a button to smell a specific aroma, then try to identify it before a video reveals the aroma and the maturation stage at which it appears.

AN INTERACTIVE AND FUN TOUR LASTING ABOUT TWENTY MINUTES

In just 20 minutes, you will enjoy a unique sensory experience that will take you to the heart of Burgundy’s cheese-making traditions.
The film “The Delin Cheese Saga” is shown every 10 minutes in the Immersive Space (French/English).
Access to the Olfactory Space is after the screening.
Tours are free and open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
