Benoit – Milk producer – Haute-Marne

In Haute-Marne, Benoit produces milk for our Chevillon cheese dairy. He’s part of a group of six farmers who set up a biogas plant in Fronville. It supplies seven neighboring communities with municipal biogas. Here’s a portrait of a passionate producer.
