Etienne – Milk producer – Haute-Marne

Etienne’s family farm is located in Mussey-sur-Marne, about fifteen kilometers from the Chevillon Cheese Dairy, where he delivers all of his Prim’Holstein milk.
Etienne is one of four milk producers in the Haute-Marne region to supply the Chevillon Cheese Dairy: 200,000 liters sold in cartons or destined for Chevillon cheese! With his wife Aude, Etienne also runs a bed and breakfast, where they offer fresh milk, honey, and candles from their 50 beehives, as well as cheeses from the Chevillon Cheese Dairy. A short supply chain for milk production and processing, waste treatment, and gas production, and a good income guaranteed by the cheese dairy.
