
Fabien – Milk producer – Doubs



The family farm, located in the Doubs region, has been delivering its milk to Fromagerie Delin since 2019. Fabien allows his 90 cows to graze in the meadow for 6 months a year. In winter, their diet is made up of fodder harvested on his farm: hay, aftermath, alfalfa, corn silage, and grass silage. He adds a cereal supplement to ensure a perfectly balanced ration. The quality of the fodder, as well as the balance of the ration, directly influences the quantity and quality of the excellent milk delivered to Fromagerie Delin.
