Nicolas – Milk producer – Côte d’Or

Nicolas raises cows and horses in Tontenant, on a farm that once belonged to the monks of Cîteaux.
Since 2019, all his milk has been delivered to the Fromagerie Delin, located about twenty kilometers away, a guarantee of quality and freshness that gives meaning to his work. This short supply chain promotes local economic development by supporting local producers and helps maintain jobs in rural areas, strengthening the sustainability of farms. It reduces greenhouse gas emissions related to transportation and distribution. Nicolas enjoys meeting with Philippe Delin and the other producers to taste the products made from their milk and participate in the life of the Fromagerie Delin.
