Pauline – Milk producer – Doubs

The fourth generation at the helm of the family farm, Pauline, along with her brother-in-law Dylan, her father Bruno, and her sisters, are milk producers in the Morbier AOP zone. For their 130 Montbéliarde dairy cows, they have opted for modern technology by investing in a rotary milking parlor, robots to push the feed toward the animals, and cleaning robots. The result: time savings and productivity for the farmers and an increase in milk production for the cows. Regarding the pasture, to feed the cattle and prevent potential droughts, they aim for food self-sufficiency. Fifty-four of their 240 hectares are cultivated with wheat, alfalfa, rapeseed, corn, beets, and malting barley.

Every day, they deliver their milk to our cheese dairy in Montbéliard.
