Samuel – Milk producer – Jura

In the heart of the Jura region, Samuel’s family is inseparable from the history of the cheese dairy. His grandfather was one of the very first producers at the cheese dairy. At the time, he delivered his milk to Jacques Delin, who founded our cheese dairy with his wife Jacqueline. Samuel and Philippe both remember the gatherings around the family kitchen table. Today, Samuel has taken over the farm and raises around a hundred Montbéliarde cows.
