Sarah – Milk producer – Saône et Loire

Sarah and Julien raise Prim’Holstein cows in Pierre-de-Bresse, where they have a gîte.
Each cow produces an average of 32 liters of milk per day. She is milked 24 hours a day, three times a day, thanks to a milking robot.
The milk is collected every two days by Fromagerie Delin in a tanker truck equipped for transporting milk under optimal hygiene and safety conditions. During collection, milk samples are taken for analysis to verify its composition and quality. It is then transported to Fromagerie Delin, where it will be pasteurized and packaged in cartons or transformed into a dairy product such as Brillat-Savarin.
