Vincent – Milk producer – Saône et Loire

Located in Saint-Germain-du-Bois, Vincent has been selling his Prim’Holstein and Montbéliarde milk to Fromagerie Delin for six years.
The Prim’Holstein, with its imposing and docile black and white coat, originating from the United States, is known for the high quality of its milk. The Montbéliarde, originating from Franche-Comté, with its red and white coat, is prized for its hardiness and longevity. It produces good cheese-making quality milk with a high fat and protein content.
The two breeds complement each other perfectly on the farm, producing superior quality milk.
