APERITIVE BALLS

There are many opportunities to enjoy our cheeses, and the advantage of our expertise in cream-enriched curds is that the variations are endless. Our Aperative Balls are an innovation.

It’s simply a “mini” version of our curd, shaped into small balls weighing a few grams. They are then coated, just like our Régals de Bourgogne.

Mustard Bran, Bruschetta, Garlic and Herbs, Pepper Duo, Mexican, Truffle… and all the new recipes that will appear.

To take it further, our small Aperive Balls add color and flavor as a decoration for cheese platters, on skewers with other ingredients such as olives, a cube of ham, a piece of Persillé de Bourgogne, and, of course, as an aperitif in moderation. Anything goes.

Our aperitive balls are packaged in packs of 16, either of a single flavor or mixed with 4 flavors.
