Fresh GILLY – Faisselle de GILLY: White cheeses and faisselles are part of our history, as it was with these products that the DELIN cheese dairy began its adventure in 1969.
Since then, they have been part of our range, and the traditional techniques have not changed: curdling in a basin and manual molding with a ladle.
Today, we offer mini-faisselles, faisselles, and white cheeses.
In 2025, Torcéen, a white cheese in faisselles, joined the range.
Packaged in trays of individual pots, in 500 grams, 1 kg, or 2 kg.
