Crémeux de Bourgogne with an internal filling:
This combines our triple-cream products, similar to Brillat-Savarin PGI, with ingredients selected for their exceptional flavor.

Crémeux de Bourgogne with Truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vit. 3%), Edmond Fallot Mustard, or even more surprisingly, Bleu d’Auvergne AOP.

Then, the aging process will allow the cheese to unify and the rind to cover any visible filling line on the heel of the cheese.

Our Crémeux de Bourgogne is available in several sizes: 500 grams, 200 grams, and 100 grams.
