Our Nuiton is a warm box, served plain or filled with wild garlic, truffle, shallot-garlic-chive, or walnuts.

This soft cheese can be enjoyed hot or cold. The Nuiton‘s thin crust conceals a creamy and supple center. On the palate, it’s a blend of sweetness and character with a hint of salt!

The key to deliciousness: Preheat oven to 150 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
